WAG-A-LOT strives to provide our customers with outstanding products and services. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund in the form of a WAG-A-LOT Gift Card. The following guidelines apply:

Food and Treats 
If you are not satisfied with your food or treat purchase, you may return the unopened bag within 30 days for an exchange or full refund on a WAG-A-LOT Gift Card.  Opened bags of food or treats can be returned for an exchange or full refund (for equal or lesser value) on a WAG-A-LOT Gift Card within 14 days of purchase. Your original register receipt is required.

All Other Retail (Collars, Leashes, Beds, Toys, etc) 
WAG-A-LOT accepts returns and exchanges on new or unused products only. Defective or broken products that are unused are accepted for exchange or refund via WAG-A-LOT Gift Card.  Items that have been destroyed or torn by a dog are not eligible for return or exchange.

WAG Packages 
All WAG Packages are non-refundable. If there are days remaining on a customer’s WAG Packages that cannot be redeemed, the balance of the WAG Package will be transferred to a WAG-A-LOT Gift Card. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
